I made an I appointment to get a quote about replacing my springs. The quote was beyond reasonable and also pointed out other issues that were there from when the springs. They were able to fix my garage door same day!! 10/10
I needed an emergency call due to backing up before my garage door was fully open:( Talked with Leann in the office ~ so kind! Then I got the good fortune to have Lee as my technician :) What a nice young man! I was near tears for doing something so stupid, he was reassuring and fixed it in no time! Call these folks. They are wonderful!
Yesterday was my first time having a garage door fiasco. Lee came out around 5:30pm, quickly figured out the issue and fixed it for us within an hour or 2. Not only did he fix the issue so my garage door would open again, but we’ve lived here for 6 years and the garage door has never been more quiet since Lee made some small adjustments to the door for us! Thank you to Lee for his fast and friendly service. Also, thank you to his wife as I’m sure she’d rather have her husband at home by that time. You’re a hero, too. We are grateful and we’d definitely call 24 Hour Garage Door Service again! We highly recommend!

The company is worth the wait! Very patient in trying to reach the door opener company to try and see if he was able to save me some money. I did finally decide to replace for a new opener. Very friendly and helpful in explaining the technology for the new opener… who would think I needed to be shown how to use a garage door opener! Would highly recommend!

Had an emergency situation with my garage door not closing. They couldn’t get a technician out until the next morning. However, he helped me to get the door closed over the phone so I would feel safe at home. Great customer service!!
I'm still in awe with my experience with Lee. This post will be very long but so worth reading if you are in doubt. So, it's the holidays and my mom is a 24 hour caregiver to my dad. We gave her a 3 night, four day trip to Tennessee to visit a friend just to release. Well everything that could happen has happened. The garage door stop working with no warning yesterday and we were locked out bc who carries house keys anyway...we changed the batteries on the remote and tried to reprogram it ourselves. It was not working for us at all. So on top of that, the smoke detectors were chirping and it was driving my dad crazy, I called Kershaw fire department for help and they came right out...I started talking about the garage door and they told me to call 24 hour garage service. I did and Lee called me back and talk about favor...he was 5 minutes away and came right over and troubleshooter some possibilities. The remote was not receiving a signal. He called another tech that lives closer by to bring another remote. He was people friendly and reassuring that he would get it taken care. I told him he will go o long way in his business because of his integrity and honesty. Long post, I'm tired it's been a long day. Lee, I wish you and your business an abundance of overflow in 2022.
The door springs broke at 4:00 the afternoon, my wife was home by herself, I called 24hr Garage Door service, and he came out and fixed the issue that night. His charges were reasonable as well.

I called around 10 AM and they fit me into their schedule. He came around 1:30 PM and completed the job of a new installation of my garage door by 3:30 PM. Cleaned up the mess and took my old door away. This was a last-minute emergency. So, Thanks a vast!

AMAZING! I dialed the on-call number due to it being the weekend and Lee was not only courteous but he literally assisted me in less than 10mins, helping me fix the issue with my garage and I still had a full day ahead of me.
I got ready to go to an appointment and my garage door would not open automatically and I could not get it to open manually either. It's amazing how trapped you feel when you unexpectedly don't have use of your car! I called for an appointment but was expecting to have to wait a few days and that was not a happy thought. They were able to get to me the very next day. Lee the repairman was very friendly and replaced my broken spring very quickly. I would definitely refer my friends and family to them.

We called on a weekend and spoke to Lee. He was willing to come out on a Sunday to fix our garage door, but we decided to wait until Monday to avoid the service charge fee. Tony and Nick came out earlier than expected on our scheduled day and fixed the broken spring on our garage door. They were very professional and gave us some tips on maintaining our door. I called around to correct a minor dent and several other companies upcharged me to close to replacing whole new garage door, however 24 Hr Garage Door price was reasonable and within my price range. They broke down my options of cost to include the type of door I had that they usually have in stock. I would recommend to potential customers and will definitely use them again.

I had them install 2 new garage doors about 2 years ago. I had damaged one of the tracks the other month, and had a old garage door opener give up the ghost. I called Lee in the AM, and was able to get a tech scheduled to come out in the afternoon on the same day! Tony was tech the tech, and he was knowledgeable and did an excellent job performing the repairs and installing a new opener that he had on the van with him. He came equipped for the job, no return trip was needed! If you call and can request Tony to be the Service Technician you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys!!!!
