Our garage door fell off its rail and wouldn't shut evenly. We messaged the 24-hour Garage Door service at an early morning hour not expecting any response until at least business hours. Not only did they respond right away but they sent a tech within an hour of our conversation. The tech came and evaluated the situation and fixed it.
