Still In Awe

I'm still in awe with my experience with Lee. This post will be very long but so worth reading if you are in doubt. So, it's the holidays and my mom is a 24 hour caregiver to my dad. We gave her a 3 night, four day trip to Tennessee to visit a friend just to release. Well everything that could happen has happened. The garage door stop working with no warning yesterday and we were locked out bc who carries house keys anyway...we changed the batteries on the remote and tried to reprogram it ourselves. It was not working for us at all. So on top of that, the smoke detectors were chirping and it was driving my dad crazy, I called Kershaw fire department for help and they came right out...I started talking about the garage door and they told me to call 24 hour garage service. I did and Lee called me back and talk about favor...he was 5 minutes away and came right over and troubleshooter some possibilities. The remote was not receiving a signal. He called another tech that lives closer by to bring another remote. He was people friendly and reassuring that he would get it taken care. I told him he will go o long way in his business because of his integrity and honesty. Long post, I'm tired it's been a long day. Lee, I wish you and your business an abundance of overflow in 2022.
